According to Wahi, single-family homes sold faster than condos, averaging 27 days on the market compared to 36 days for condos. Six neighborhoods exceeded a $1,000,000 median sold price, with Hounsfield Heights leading at $1,135,000. The median prices in these areas have surged since last year, influenced by economic uncertainty affecting buyer demand and resulting in a slowdown in bidding activity.
