Most Calgary outlying communities see price growth with one exception

In June, Calgary’s bedroom communities mostly saw rising home prices despite falling sales and increased inventory. Airdrie was an exception, with prices down nearly 3% and sales dropping 22%. Other areas like Cochrane, Chestermere, Okotoks, High River, and Strathmore experienced modest price gains and varied sales changes. Canmore led with an 11% price increase and a 5% rise in resales.
