Other fast-selling neighborhoods include Sandstone Valley (13 days), Palliser (15 days), Sundance (15 days), and Deer Run (18 days). West Hillhurst also saw a significant drop from 39 days last year to 5 days now. Conversely, Hillhurst is the slowest, averaging 144 days on the market.
